Court documents obtained by People have revealed that Turner will have custody of their daughters, Willa and Delphine, until January 7. They will then return to New York City with Jonas. However, it remains uncertain if the former couple will spend Christmas together as Jonas shared on his Instagram Story on December 24 that he was still in London. Representatives for Jonas and Turner have yet to comment on the matter.
Last week, the 27-year-old “X-Men: Dark Phoenix” star was spotted taking a rainy day stroll with her daughters in London. Turner was wrapped up in a black coat, pushing a stroller where Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1, sat. One of the toddlers even held onto an umbrella to shield themselves from the rain. In contrast, Jonas, 34, was seen walking into the popular Chiltern Firehouse hotspot.
After an intense multi-day meditation session in October, Jonas and Turner reached an “amicable resolution” regarding the custody of their children. Page Six obtained a copy of the agreement, which outlined the care arrangements leading up to January 2024. The agreement stated that Willa and Delphine would spend Thanksgiving with their father and Christmas with their mother.
The couple’s split in September after four years of marriage took a messy turn when Turner sued Jonas for the “immediate return” of their children to Europe, as per their pre-breakup agreement to raise them in England. However, both parties later expressed their dedication to being “great co-parents.” Jonas filed for a private divorce settlement, indicating their commitment to resolving their differences outside of the public eye.

Turner wasted no time moving on from her ex-husband. In November, she was seen sharing a kiss with aristocrat Peregrine Pearson. The couple was recently spotted in London, packing on the PDA, suggesting that their relationship is going strong. In contrast, Jonas has not publicly entered the dating world again.
