Kanye West Faces Lawsuit for Sexual Harassment and Wrongful Termination

Kanye West, the controversial rapper and fashion designer, is currently embroiled in a legal battle with his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has accused him of sexual harassment and wrongful termination. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Pisciotta started working with West in July 2021 as he was preparing to launch his Yeezy fashion line.

Pisciotta claims that she was offered $1 million for the job, with the condition that she be available to West 24/7, which she accepted. However, things took a turn when West allegedly asked her to delete her OnlyFans account in 2022, which was earning her an additional $1 million. In return, West promised to raise Pisciotta’s salary to $2 million per year, but he reportedly never followed through with the adjustment.

The lawsuit filed by Pisciotta alleges that West began sending her vulgar text messages shortly after the salary increase. The messages contained explicit details of sexual acts he wanted to engage in, as well as photos and videos of West with other women. Pisciotta also claims to have received intimate photos of “current and former” Yeezy employees from West, both male and female.

Further Allegations

According to Pisciotta, there were multiple other incidents of inappropriate behavior by West. These included him allegedly masturbating while on the phone with her, asking about her boyfriends’ penis sizes, and coercing her to remove clothing in the office because he felt it covered too much. In one disturbing instance, Pisciotta claims that West locked them in a room together and masturbated next to her before falling asleep.

Legal Response

Despite these allegations, Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff of West’s companies in September 2022 and offered a $4 million salary. However, just a month later, she was fired by West. Pisciotta claims that she was promised $3 million in severance, which she never received. As a result, she is now seeking compensation for breach of contract and hostile work environment in her lawsuit against West.

Kanye West’s legal troubles continue to mount, with this latest lawsuit adding to his already tarnished reputation. The allegations of sexual harassment and wrongful termination paint a disturbing picture of the rapper’s behavior towards his employees. As the case unfolds, it remains to be seen how West will respond to these serious accusations.
