Multiple sources have confirmed that the 31-year-old star of “SpongeBob Musical: Live on Stage!” and Grande, 30, started seeing each other after meeting on the set of the movie “Wicked.” Their connection was evident in a picture from a group outing in March, where Slater had his arm around Grande.

Coinciding with the news of Grande and Slater’s romance, it was revealed that the Grammy-winning singer was divorcing her husband, Dalton Gomez, after just two years of marriage.
