The ten-part, 50-minute episode series is set to air in Q2 2024 and follows the story of Ahmad, a Syrian man living illegally in Lebanon. Ahmad’s life takes a dramatic turn after witnessing a tragic event, leading him on a path of deception and destruction. As he traverses through a job at a suicide hotline center, Ahmad’s dreams of fame and recognition propel him towards an uncertain future.

The series boasts an impressive cast including Maxim Khalil, Carole El Hajj, Foad Yammine, Natasha Choufani, Leen Gherra, and Abbas Al Nouri. These seasoned actors bring their talents to portray complex characters in a gripping narrative that promises to captivate audiences.

Self Modulation is written by Foad Yammine, Rami Awad, and marks the television directing debut of Mayar Al Nouri. The collaborative effort of these talented individuals promises to deliver a unique and compelling viewing experience for audiences.

Falcon Films Managing Director, Rami Sannan expressed his excitement about the collaboration with Arna Media, highlighting the project’s originality. The goal of showcasing the capability to produce content with global appeal underscores the importance of bringing diverse voices and stories to a wider audience.

Arna Media President, Nadezda Motina, emphasized the long-standing professional relationship with Sannan and the shared vision for creating a series with both local and global appeal. The comparison to A24 in the Middle East speaks volumes about the ambition and innovation driving this groundbreaking project.
